Event Promotion Suite

Project Overview

For this project, I developed a promotional design suite for Coachella, focused on creating a cohesive visual system across multiple formats.

Created as part of my graduate Visual Design coursework at Quinnipiac University, the goal was to design a set of materials that reflect the festival’s identity while maintaining consistency across both digital and print touchpoints.

The Problem

Large-scale events like Coachella rely on strong, consistent branding to build recognition and maintain excitement across platforms.

Each promotional asset — whether digital or physical — must feel connected while still serving a specific purpose.

Key challenges include:

  • Maintaining visual consistency across multiple formats

  • Designing for both digital and print applications

  • Capturing the energy and exclusivity of the event

  • Creating assets that are both functional and visually engaging

The challenge was to evolve the brand without losing the sense of familiarity that customers value.

The Approach

I approached this project by focusing on consistency, hierarchy, and adaptability across all deliverables.
